Review plans, renewal dates, payment status, invoices, and what happens when capacity changes.

Plans are managed per portal, so each customer environment can have its own limits, renewal, and billing status.
Use Billing & Invoices to review the current plan, renewal date, pending payments, and upgrade or downgrade options.
Sparki plans are managed per portal. You can review the current plan, renewal information, and plan changes in the dashboard by opening the portal menu and choosing Billing & Invoices. If you manage more than one portal, first switch to the portal you want to review, because one portal can have a different plan or agreement than another.

Reading the Billing Page
On the Billing & Invoices page, the current plan card shows the plan name, price, and a short explanation of what the plan includes. If the portal is on Free, the page says that the portal is currently using the Free plan. If the portal is on a paid plan, the page shows the renewal date. When no plan change is pending, the renewal text explains that the subscription will auto renew on the shown date.
If you want to change the plan, use Adjust plan from Billing & Invoices. This action is available to the portal owner, a Sparki admin, or a user who is allowed to manage billing for the portal. Members without billing rights can still see the billing status, but the plan adjustment action is disabled.
What Each Plan Is For
The Free plan is intended for a small setup. It includes one active project, one portal content item, one default agenda, and owner-only access. Free portals keep Sparki branding visible and do not include team members, calendar sync, documents, workflows, plugin access, or advanced appointment features.
The Pro plan is the standard plan for teams that want to use Sparki as an active customer-facing tool. Pro unlocks unlimited projects and portal content, workflows, workflow import and export, plugin and lead-generation widget access, documents with included storage, calendar sync, branded portal and email surfaces, shared availability, standalone appointment flows, time proposals, multi-slot appointments, and Realworks availability on request. Pro includes 3 agendas and 3 members for the portal. The dashboard currently shows Pro pricing as 109 euros per month, or 1,188 euros per year, which is shown as a 99-euro monthly equivalent when billed annually.
The Custom plan is used when your portal needs a larger agreement or more capacity. Custom portals have the core Pro capabilities enabled and can include up to 10 members and 10 agendas by default. If your team needs more than that, Sparki support can help with the right setup. Custom pricing is not adjusted through the normal self-service button.
Changing a Plan
When a plan change requires payment, Sparki opens a Mollie checkout. Your current plan stays active while Mollie confirms the payment. If you leave the checkout before finishing, the billing page may show that a change is pending and that Sparki is still waiting for Mollie. In that case, use Open Mollie payment to continue the checkout.
If the payment does not complete, Sparki keeps the portal on the current plan. The billing page explains that the latest Mollie payment failed and that you can adjust the plan again when you are ready. This protects the portal from being switched unexpectedly after a failed checkout.
Downgrades and Existing Data
If you downgrade to a lower plan, existing admin data is not automatically deleted. The dashboard may keep over-limit data visible in a disabled or read-only state so the team understands what exists. Customer-facing areas, such as the portal and plugin, only show what the active plan allows. This means your team keeps control of its own data and can decide what to remove.
