Portal configuration
Settings hold the portal identity and the default rules customers experience.
Set these before adding a large content structure so titles, language, reminders, and customer routes are consistent.
The Settings page controls the basic portal setup. Here you can upload a logo, set the portal title and description, choose the portal template, set the notification email, choose the default language, manage workflow translation tabs, configure appointment reminders, allow appointment changes, show a portal-wide notification, and set advanced standalone appointment URLs.

For real estate teams, choose the Realtor template. The template can affect wording, available features, and how projects behave.

Standalone appointment URLs are a Pro feature. Members need Edit portal settings to change Settings.
